Here are three courses in particular I would like to draw your attention too.
Firstly, the Sexual harassment in the Workplace Course. As many of you know I have worked on a project for the TUC on sexual harassment. The three day course we at COBC are now offering is aimed at reps to empower you to be able to take up issues with confidence. Men are very welcome on this course!
Secondly, there is the Challenging the Far Right course. The course was drafted by Trademark Belfast in conjunction with the international department of the TUC, it contains some brilliant research and analysis and will hopefully leave you empowered with the knowledge to create change.
Last but not least- the Women in Leadership Course. It is always a great few days for women to work together to develop their skills to gain confidence to progress in our movement.
