As a union rep. you likely do all that a wellbeing champion does and more, so why not take advantage of the training. https://www.livewellswacademy.co.uk/course/wellbeing-champion-training/ gives you a bit more info about what the content of the champ training consists of. The Livewell academy site has a range of different training available some have a cost some don’t. PCC is looking to do another recruitment campaign for more champs in the new year so Union reps are welcome to join in with that group for training. (dates tbc)
